Each party will receive their choice of refillable, house-made tortillas chips & salsa (complimentary) or a basket of our hand-made corn tortillas & salsa $2 for every 3. Available at all times except Happy Hour.

BREAKFAST

CHILAQUILES VERDES CON EPAZOTE - 10
Squared strips of fried corn tortillas, smothered with green sauce and epazote. Topped off with onions, cilantro, queso cotija, Mexican sour cream, and served with two eggs to your liking and beans. (Add shredded chicken or flat iron steak for 4.00)

HUEVOS MOTULENOS - 11
Traditional Mayan dish starts with a bed of black beans, topped with fresh corn tortilla, Mexican sour cream, queso fresco, diced grilled ham, chopped onions, and two over-easy eggs, smothered with roasted tomatoes and habanero sauce. Served with a side of rice.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS* - 11
wo over easy eggs, placed over two fried handmade corn tortillas smothered with a warm tomatillo and chile de arbol sauce, garnished with onions & cilantro. (Add flat iron steak or grilled chicken for 4.00)

LUNCH

STREET TACO - 2
Asada, Al Pastor, Chorizo or Pollo. This is a perfect, smaller-sized bite to go with another entree, or with your Happy Hour drink. Served with onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa.

AMELIA'S TACO - 3
Asada, Al Pastor, Chorizo or Pollo. Made with a larger, handmade tortilla. About twice the size of our Street Tacos. Served with cabbage, onions, cilantro, lime and salsa.

BURRITO - 9
Asada, Al Pastor, Chorizo or Pollo. Served with cabbage, onions, cilantro, rice, beans and a side of rice and salsa.

TOSTADA DE TINGA DE POLLO - 11
Big golden crunchy tostada with a layer of beans, tinga (shredded chicken, with caramelized onions, and chipotle sauce) green leaf lettuce, queso fresco, Mexican sour cream and guacamole.

ENCHILADAS DE QUESO* - 11
Three corn tortillas filled with cheese and smothered with red guajillo enchilada sauce, topped with melted cheese & Mexican sour cream.

ENCHILADAS ROJAS* - 11
Three enchiladas filled with shredded beef or shredded chicken, and smothered with red guajillo enchilada sauce. Topped with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

TACOS DE PESCADO* - 12
Baja California style made with Amelia's homemade batter, pan fried Swai fish fillet and topped with fresh greens, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and pepper and lime cream sauce.

TAMALES* - 12
Two chicken tamales with green salsa, or two shredded beef tamales with red salsa, served on corn husks and topped with Mexican sour cream and cheese.

TAQUITOS DE POLLO* - 12
Four corn tortillas rolled, fried and filled with chicken. Served over a bed of fresh greens and topped with tomatoes, cilantro, Mexican sour cream, cotija cheese and a side of guacamole.

CHILE RELLENO* - 12
Roasted Poblano pepper, dipped in egg batter and pan fried until golden brown. Chile is stuffed with cheese and topped with a soupy tomato and onion sauce.

BURRITO AZABACHE - 12
Shredded brisket simmered in guajillo, tomatoes, and crushed chile de arbol peppers (very spicy sauce) and pinto beans wrapped in a flour tortilla smothered with guajillo sauce and topped with melt-ed cheese and Mexican sour cream. Served with a side of rice.

LOCO BURRITO - 12
Asada, Al Pastor, Chorizo or Pollo. 2lb burrito filled with your choice of meat (Asada/Pollo/Chorizo), rice, beans, onions, cilantro, and cabbage. Smothered with our green tomatillo sauce and topped with Mexican sour cream, melted cheese and a side of rice. (Chorizo or Shredded Beef 2.00 or more)

MOLE BURRITO - 12
Burrito filled with chunks of chicken, rice and beans, smothered in a rice mole poblano sauce, Mexican sour cream and a side of rice.

ENCHILADS DE MOLE* - 12
Three corn tortillas filled with chicken and topped with our mole poblano sauce, Mexican sour cream and cheese.

CARNE ARRACHERA** - 12
Flat iron steak marinated in morita peppers, lime juice, fresh garlic and grilled with onions and chili peppers.

MOLE POBLANO** - 12
Made with a variety of chilis, such as chile ancho, negro, pasilla, guajillo, and mulato. Additionally, the use of a variety of seeds, nuts, spices and chocolate makes this a traditional delicious mole. Served with poached chicken breast.

Parties of 8 or more will be charged an 18% gratuity. Our veggie rice is made with spinach broth. There is no lard in any of our food. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs, or unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
