Taquitos en Salsa de Angeles: four chicken taquitos, creamy jalapeño and tomatillo sauce, green leaf lettuce, pickled red onions, queso fresco, served with beans and rice. $14
Tuesday
Burrito Bandera: grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. Half with creamy jalapeño sauce and other half with guajillo and tomato sauce, Mexican sour cream in the middle (hence the Bandera [Flag]), served with rice. $12
Wednesday
Crispy Relleno: roasted Anaheim peppers filled with mozzarella and cream cheese, lightly breaded and placed on a bed of beef brisket. Topped with a creamy Chile verde sauce, served with rice, beans and tortillas. $14 upgraded to spicy beef brisket $15
Thursday
Enchiladas Morelianas: Three enchiladas filled with brisket, caramelized onions, chorizo, salsa cascabel, (tomatillo and cascabel), queso fresco, sour crema, sides of rice and beans. $14
Friday
Enchiladas Rancheras: two corn tortillas, Carne Asada, roasted tomato and jalapeño sauce, red cabbage, cilantro, served with a side of rice. $12

Puntas de Pollo: Strips of marinated chicken, sautéed with onions, jalapeños, hand made corn tortilla, served with rice and beans. $14
