Tostada de Tinga de Pollo - $9.95
Big golden crunchy tostada with a layer of beans, tinga (shredded chicken, with caramelized onions, and chipotle sauce,) green lettuce, queso fresco, Mexican sour cream and guacamole.

Tamales* - $9.95
Two chicken tamales with green salsa or two pork with red salsa served on corn husks and topped with Mexican sour cream and cheese.

Chicken Tacquitos* - $9.95
Four corn tortillas rolled, fried, and filled with chicken. Served over a bed of fresh greens and topped with tomatoes, Mexican sour cream, cotija cheese and guacamole.

Chile Relleno* - $9.95
Roasted Poblano pepper, dipped in egg batter and pan fried until golden brown. Chile is stuffed with cheese and topped with a soupy tomato and onion sauce. Served with handmade corn tortillas.

Enchiladas de Queso* - $9.95
Three corn tortilllas filled with cheese and smothered with our red guajillo enchilada sauce, topped with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

Enchiladas Rojas*- $9.95
Three enchiladas filled with shredded beef or chicken and smothered with our special red enchilada sauce. Topped with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

Enchiladas Verdes* - $9.95
Three enchiladas filled with shredded beef or chicken and smothered with creamy tomatillo and jalapeño sauce. Topped with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

Tacos de Pescado* - $9.95
Baja California style made with Amelia’s handmade batter, pan-fried fish fillet, topped with fresh greens, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and creamy cilantro sauce.

Chamorro de Cordero* - $10.95
Tender lamb shank in a wild tomatillo and toasted cascabel chili sauce. Served with handmade corn tortillas.

Carne Arrachera* - $10.95
Flat iron steak marinated in Morita peppers, lime juice, fresh garlic and grilled with onions and chili pepper.

Enchiladas de Mole* - $10.95
Three corn tortillas filled with chicken and topped with our mole Poblano sauce, Mexican sour cream and cheese.

Mole Poblano* - $10.95
Made with a variety of chilis, such as chile ancho, negro, pasilla, guajillo, and mulato. Additionally, the use of a variety of seeds, nut, spices and chocolate make this a traditional delicious mole. Served with poached chicken breast and handmade corn tortillas.

Burrito Azabache - $10.95
Shredded brisket simmered in guajillo, tomatoes and crushed chile de arbol peppers (very spicy sauce) and pinto beans wrapped in a large flour tortilla smothered with guajillo sauce and topped with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

Loco Burrito - $10.95
Huge 2lb burrito filled with your choice of meat, rice, beans, onions, cilantro, cabbage, Mexican sour cream and cheese. Smothered with our green tomatillo salsa de Angeles. Served with rice.
