Do you need catering for a corporate or private event? How about a wedding? We can handle any catering situation you have, and our dedicated food cart can be transported to your event location to take care of all of your needs. Amelia's can work with you to create a menu of our delicious, rustic food, and your guests will be able to enjoy all of our Mexican recipes for your event. Requirements:
• Minimum 60 people or $700 | Possible travel fee if located outside of Portland Metro area
• Food Cart Travel Fee is dependent on location of event. Please contact us to discuss.
• $100 for each additional hour.
Taco Bar
Menu:
• 3 tacos per person (Carne Asada/Al Pastor/Carnitas/Veggie/pollo)
• Rice & Beans
• Condiments: Onions, cilantro, limes, and radishes
• Red & green salsas
• Chips & salsa de molcajete
Requirements:
• Minimum 50 people or $700 | Possible travel fee if located outside Portland Metro area
• Minimum 30 people or $420 for pickup
• Delivery/set-up fee to be worked out with customer depending on distance.
Deposits/Fees:
• $15 per person
• $100 deposit for chafing dishes/utensils. Not refundable if missing or damaged.
